My name is Fiona Whelton, and I am an award-winning Wedding Celebrant and Solemniser based on the West Coast of Ireland. I am a proud member of the Earth Spiritualist Foundation, an organisation guided by kindness — to ourselves, each other, and our world.

I firmly believe that Love is Love, and I am proud to be an LGBTQI+ friendly celebrant. I create civil and non-religious wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, milestone ceremonies, and naming ceremonies — each one fully bespoke and designed to reflect your story, personality, and connection.

I love weaving in meaningful ritual elements such as Handfasting, Sand Ceremony, Unity Candle, Ring Warming, and my personal favourite, the Cacao Ceremony, to create moments that are memorable, heartfelt, and unique.
I bring a vibrant, professional, and warm presence to every ceremony, and I would be honoured to be part of your special day. My aim is to craft a ceremony that is not only beautiful and personal but one that you, your family, and friends will remember and talk about for years to come.
The journey begins from the very first meeting, whether virtual or in person and continues through the weeks and months leading up to your wedding, ensuring every detail and every word feels meaningful and true to you.

My Mission
My mission is simple. To help you celebrate your love for each other in a way that is truly YOU! I am a proud advocate for LGBTQ+ people and passionately believe in the right of individuals to be allowed to express their commitment and love for each other in an inclusive manner regardless of their gender, religion, orientation, ability and/or cultural beliefs.
The Vision
My vision is that your ceremony will be a true reflection of you both as individuals and as a couple. I want your personalities to shine through. There will be laughter and joy and maybe one or two little tears... good ones though! And I promise that the memories of your magical day will stay with you forever.
